- Booking form: your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, and any details you include in your message. This is sent to us by email so we can respond to your request.
- Anti-spam and hosting logs: when you submit the form, your IP address is used to rate-limit submissions and prevent abuse. Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested).
What we don't do
- We don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
- We don't set marketing cookies.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to respond to your booking request, confirm scheduling, and perform the work you asked about. We may keep booking correspondence as part of our normal business records.
Retention
Form submissions arrive as email and are kept only as long as we need them for scheduling and record-keeping. Anti-spam rate-limit records are automatically discarded within roughly one hour.
Your choices
If you'd like us to delete correspondence you've sent us, or want to know what we have, call us at 770-324-2039 and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are delivered to us through authenticated email. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Third-party links
If this site links to outside websites, their privacy practices are their own — this policy covers only our site.
